Man beh\u00f6ver bara hitta sitt eget s\u00e4tt. Men vad \u00e4r meditation? Det finns m\u00e5nga olika definitioner men jag kommer utg\u00e5 fr\u00e5n vad det betyder f\u00f6r mig. <br><br><em>Stanna upp. Andas. F\u00e5 stillhet i mitt sinne. Kunna vila i det. Harmoni. <\/em><br><br>Meditation handlar om att v\u00e4nda fokus in\u00e5t till skillnad fr\u00e5n mindfulness som ist\u00e4llet handlar om att vara medvetet n\u00e4rvarande i nuet. Meditera hj\u00e4lper mig att vara lugn och m\u00e5 bra i min vardag. Vissa perioder ut\u00f6var jag det mycket och ibland inte alls. Men i grund och botten g\u00f6r det mig alltid gott. N\u00e4r det \u00e4r mycket p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng hj\u00e4lper meditationen mig att landa. Varva ner, andas och se det som \u00e4r viktigt i livet. K\u00e4nna uppskattning f\u00f6r det som \u00e4r. Det ger mig en b\u00e4ttre kontakt med mig sj\u00e4lv, b\u00e5de mentalt och fysiskt. Intresserad av att testa?<br><br>N\u00e4r man mediterar kan man vara st\u00e5endes, sittandes, liggandes eller i r\u00f6relse. Det  finns o\u00e4ndliga m\u00f6jligheter. Det l\u00e4ttaste s\u00e4ttet att b\u00f6rja och komma i  kontakt med din kropp \u00e4r att bli medveten om dina andetag. Det hj\u00e4lper  dig att inte l\u00e5ta andra tankar ta \u00f6ver. Kanske \u00e4r det l\u00e4ttare att titta p\u00e5 n\u00e5got. Slappna av och andas. <\/li><li>En stilla plats i naturen. Slut \u00f6gonen eller vila blicken d\u00e4r det k\u00e4nns behagligt. F\u00f6r samman dina handflator framf\u00f6r br\u00f6stet. Upplev k\u00e4nslan n\u00e4r dina h\u00e4nder m\u00f6ts. K\u00e4nn dina f\u00f6tter rota ner sig i marken. Andas. <\/li><li>Str\u00e4ck p\u00e5 dig. K\u00e4nn axlarna sjunka ner. Ta ett  djupt andetag, in genom n\u00e4san och sucka ut genom en avslappnad mun.  Andas in och sucka igen. Kanske igen om det k\u00e4nns bra. K\u00e4nn pannan sl\u00e4tas ut. Andas.  <\/li><li>N\u00e4r du har mycket tankar som g\u00f6r det sv\u00e5rt att landa. Under 25 minuter g\u00e5r en behaglig r\u00f6st igenom kroppen och hj\u00e4lper dig att bli fullst\u00e4ndigt avslappnad. B\u00e4st n\u00e4r man ligger ner. Det kan vara sk\u00f6nt att lyssna p\u00e5 eller sjunga med.
