Kanske snurrar tankarna p\u00e5 i o\u00e4ndlighet s\u00e5 du egentligen \u00e4r n\u00e5gon annanstans i tanken \u00e4n h\u00e4r och nu?<br><br>Mindfulness handlar om att vara medvetet n\u00e4rvarande i nuet till skillnad fr\u00e5n <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"meditation  (\u00f6ppnas i en ny flik)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.naturligvardag.se\/index.php\/2020\/04\/21\/meditation-nagot-for-alla\/\" target=\"_blank\">meditation <\/a>som handlar om att v\u00e4nda fokus in\u00e5t. Det berikar livet med det som faktiskt \u00e4r och det fina i det. Ibland kan det vara sv\u00e5rt att vara medvetet n\u00e4rvarande men det blir l\u00e4ttare ju mer man \u00f6var p\u00e5 det. Anv\u00e4nd dina sinnen. B\u00f6rja med enkla saker i vardagen som n\u00e4r du \u00e4ter en frukt, tar en dusch eller g\u00e5r en promenad. <br><br><em>Vad ser du<br>Vad h\u00f6r du<br>Hur k\u00e4nns det<br>Vad luktar det<br>Vad smakar det <\/em><br><br>\u00c4r du utomhus?<br>Vad vilar dina \u00f6gon p\u00e5? Vad finns det f\u00f6r ljud omkring dig? K\u00e4nn hur brisen k\u00e4nns mot din hud. L\u00e4gg m\u00e4rke till hur det k\u00e4nns i kroppen n\u00e4r du andas in den friska luften. K\u00e4nner du n\u00e5gra dofter?<br>Diskar du?<br>Se hur vattnet formar sig \u00f6ver det du sk\u00f6ljer av. Vilka ljud h\u00f6r du? Ta in hur det k\u00e4nns att r\u00f6ra vid porslinet.  Bli medveten om hur det doftar. <br><br><em>Vara h\u00e4r och nu. Kanske upplever du en tystnad i tankarna. Eller blossar det upp jobbiga tankar och k\u00e4nslor. Alla kan ha det sv\u00e5rt ibland. D\u00f6m inte. Var sn\u00e4ll mot dig sj\u00e4lv. Som mot en god v\u00e4n. Det \u00e4r inget farligt. Det \u00e4r tankar och k\u00e4nslor. Acceptera att det \u00e4r s\u00e5 det k\u00e4nns just nu. Det \u00e4r okej. Du beh\u00f6ver inte distrahera dig sj\u00e4lv fr\u00e5n det som sker just nu.
